Valentina Pavlich has been with Jordán, Barahona y Asociados since May 2024.

As an attorney, she has focused her career in business and consumer law matters, as well as in the draft of corporate and civil documents, family and collection proceedings, among others, before the Ordinary Courts and Small Claims Courts (Juzgados de Policía Local).

From 2023 until joining our firm, she was an Associate at Grupo Guggiana Abogados.

In her first years of practice she worked at Pérez, Achiardi & Thieck Abogados. She was also Junior Associate-Dispute Resolution at Baker McKenzie, handling national and international litigation and arbitration in administrative, insurance, insolvency and reorganization matters.

Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She was awarded with the “Premio Profesor Miguel Cruchaga Tocornal” for her degree thesis. Valentina also attended the University of Notre Dame Law School in Indiana, United States, where she completed the courses of “Evidence”, “Cybercrime Law” and “Business Basics for Attorneys”. She also completed the “V International Course on Roman Law” at the University of Salamanca; “American Contract Law” at Yale University and “Best Practices in Competion Law” at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

She has been assistant professor in Civil Law, Fundamental Philosophy and Criminal Law at Finis Terrae and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, respectively.
