Arturo Albornoz has been a member of the Jordán, Barahona y Asociados team since February 2025.

With more than five years of experience, he has specialized in litigation before Labour Courts, Juzgados de Letras del Trabajo, and Social Security Collection Courts and Superior Courts throughout the country, in addition to providing legal advice to different types of companies, both national and foreign.

He was formerly an associate at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2022-2025), representing clients in highly complex trials and providing legal assistance in various matters. In his first years of practice he was an associate lawyer at Munita & Olavarría (2019-2022).

Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2018). In 2024 he received the recognition Ones to Watch, Best Lawyers, Chile in the category of “Labour and Employment Law”.
