Antonio López joined Jordán, Barahona y Asociados in October 2023. He brings a strong background in judicial and arbitral litigation at both national and international levels. He has represented companies from various sectors in contractual and non-contractual disputes.
Antonio is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has extensive experience in insolvency proceedings, both liquidation and reorganization, negotiating labor liabilities, providing ongoing support in general corporate matters, closing entities or business units, and handling class actions under the Consumer Protection Law.
