Lawyer – Litigation Director

Antonio López Pardo has been a member of the Jordán, Barahona y Asociados team since October 2023.

During his career he has participated in court and arbitration litigation, both national and international, and has represented companies in contractual or tort lawsuits. He has vast experience in bankruptcy proceedings both in liquidation and reorganization; in negotiation of social security, as well as providing permanent advice and “general corporate”; closing down companies or business units and class actions under Consumer Law, among others.

In his first years of professional practice (2009 to 2014) he worked at Morales & Besa Law Firm. Later on he was appointed as Senior Associate in Dispute Resolutions at Baker McKenzie (2015 to 2023).

Law graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2009) and Master of Applied Philosophy from Universidad de Los Andes (2021). Antonio was selected for the Ranking Best Lawyers, category “Arbitration and Mediation”, between 2020 and 2022, and has also been a lecturer at several law schools being, for example, Assistant Professor of the Fundamentals Law Department at PUC from 2013 to date.
