Macarena Bustamante has been part of the Jordán, Barahona y Asociados team since January 2025. Her practice focuses on advising companies and nonprofit organizations on regulatory compliance matters, including the design and implementation of crime prevention and compliance programs. She has collaborated on initiatives related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria, particularly in corporate governance.

Macarena is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has also provided legal counsel to private and subsidized educational institutions on educational and labor law matters. During the early years of her professional career, she gained experience in strategic litigation before judicial and administrative bodies, especially in public law.
