Macarena Bustamante joined Jordan, Barahona y Asociados in January 2025. She has specialized in providing advice to companies, as well as non profit organizations in compliance matters, including compliance and crime prevention programmes, using the ESG criteria (Environmental, Social and Governance).

She has also provided legal advice to educational institutions in educational and labour matters.

She focused her practice from her first years as a lawyer and until 2023 in litigation in the Community and Justice Corporation(Corporación Comunidad y Justicia) NGO, in administrative proceedings as well as in public law court matters.

Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She participed in 2022 as “delegate” at the Areté AcademyLatin America, an Alliance Defending Freedom programme of the Alliance Defending Freedom International, that focuses on college students and graduates of careers related to law, governance, businesses and public policies.
