Walter Villavicencio has been a member of the Jordán, Barahona y Asociados team since May 2024.

Throughout his career, he has advised companies from different areas such as labour, collection and social security litigation, guiding them in corporate matters, collective labour law and negotiations, among others.

After graduating, he practiced in entities such as Carey Abogados, Buses Vule and Zarhi & Asociados Abogados.

Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2012), Walter has taken a series of specialization courses such as the “Seminar on Labour Reform, Unions and Collective Bargaining” at Thomson Reuters Chile; and also participated in the “XXII and XXX Jornadas Nacionales de la Sociedad Chilena de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social: Análisis crítico de la reforma al sistema de relaciones sindicales en Chile. Derecho del Trabajo y las Nuevas Plataformas Tecnológicas” held at Universidad de Chile and Universidad Austral, respectively.

He is currently an active member of the Sociedad Chilena del Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social (SCHDTSS).
