Eduardo Achu has been part of Jordán, Barahona y Asociados since September 2023. He specialises in civil litigation as well as arbitration proceedings. He formerly worked at Albagli Zaliasnik Law Firm and Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados.

He was a professor of the Litigation in Arbitration Proceedings course at the Procedural Law Department of the Universidad Andrés Bello.

Lawyer from the Universidad de Chile, passed with the highest honours, and recently completed an Advanced Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
